What size should I buy?

Most of our clothing is true to size but we do recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We are confident you will be so excited to receive your item(s) you won’t want to cancel but we also understand life and as long as we receive your request to cancel or change your order before it is shipped and within 24 hours of placing your order we are happy to help.

NOTE: If you cancel an item purchased with a promotion or special deal, you may not be eligible to receive that promotion or discount again.

We process orders as quickly as possible. High demand can sometimes cause certain items to sell out. If that happens to one of your ordered items, we'll email you immediately. If the item won't be back in stock, the item will be cancelled. You won't be charged for the item or related taxes or shipping. You may see a temporary authorization on your credit card.

My package was lost, stolen, or damaged.

If your package was lost, stolen or damaged because of our own error we will be happy to replace.

What is your return policy?

As long as an item is still in its original packaging and unworn, we accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase.

I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?

We feel strongly you will love each and every item you purchase, however in the rare times you don’t you can expect your refund to be within 7 days of receiving the item.

There is a mistake with my order / My order arrived damaged?

We pride ourselves on quality and attention to detail but we are human so should there be a mistake with your order we will be happy to correct it and as long as a description and pictures are shown we will gladly replace an item that has been damaged from shipping.

We always recommend to wash in cold/warm water and to hang dry to keep the integrity of the item
